Have you had a problem submitting your request for help?

We would like to know if some of you are having a problem submitting your request. In the Community Connection this was brought up and we want to resolve this.

Please help us troubleshoot a potential problem. If you have submitted a request but do not believe it went through, please leave a comment below telling us what error message you received and/or what happened. PLEASE DO NOT submit a request below. Your information is private and we respect that and do not want you to put your private information in this public setting.

UPDATE: Thank you for your feedback. We are having our website admin redesign the submission process.

    this issue happened to me about 3/4 days ago.
    message sais something like unauthorized server access denied.

    I get the following error when I try to submit Request for Help.

    Forbidden

    You don’t have permission to access /refer/tellafriend.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Apache Server at millionairesmoney.com Port 80

    when I try to submit my request, the screen changes to one of those “internet cannot display page” messages.

    i have twice came back same error a 403 i do not know what this is i can’t remember
