Take this time with your family to reflect on the positive uplifting times you have
had this year, not on struggles. Remember this also, it could have been even
worse so be thankful that it actually wasn’t.

Take some time to set some goals for the coming year (not resolutions but actual
goals). Write them down and read them everyday. Do at least one thing per day
that will get you closer to achieving the goal.
