What are you thinking about?
What ever you hold in your mind on a consistent basis is exactly what you will experience in your life.
This is a very true statement. Simply think back at the things you think about most and you will realize those things that you are giving the most attention to are the things that are happening in your life.
In order for things to change you have to change what you were thinking about. Because the things you were thinking about are the things you were talking about. And the things you were talking about are the things that you are seeing manifest in your life.
